I have been bench pressing, doing sit-ups, stomach crunches and running 15 miles a day. 

Why am I not convinced by that? - and the only bench pressing I intend to do is with one of M’s young ladies…..when I younger I was told that a man’s interest in this kind of thing waned as you get older - thank God I was mis-informed…..
